Hallmark Solutions are actively looking for distributors of our behaviour and aptitude testing and assessment system.  There are two forms of distribution agreement that we may enter into with third party HR consultancy firms. 

The first is our non-exclusive distribution agreement where we provide electronic copies of all the testing forms in the language of your choice and with your logo and contact details placed on the forms.  Our logo also remains on the forms. 

Companies who take part in our non-exclusive distribution agreement benefit from being able to print the forms themselves so can hold a higher stock ensuring they are never left in the lurch for a big recruitment campaign a customer suddenly desires due to delays in international package delivery. 

The second option is our exclusive distribution agreement.  This has all the same benefits as the non-exclusive agreement but with the added benefit that we will never sell non-exclusive agreements to any other consultancy firms in your allotted area. 

In order to qualify for the exclusive distribution agreement, your consultancy firm must agree to hold a minimum stock, determined by the size of your distribution area.  This is because we will always refer any requests through the web or by telephone from companies in your area directly to your company to handle the sale of the paper testing forms and units.  In order to maintain quality of service this means you must maintain a minimum level of stock as identified before commencing the agreement.  Failure to supply one of your customers with paper forms within a week of the initial request will lead to termination of the distribution agreement.

As a distributor you will have access to online multilingual behavioural tests, advance use of our emerging technologies, free advice about how to increase your revenue from the system and will have influence into future improvements to the software.
