TeamBuilder v2 allows HR managers to quickly and effectively screen applicants and build benchmarks within their company.  The behavioural reports enhance team building and recruitment by providing an insight into aspects of the candidates/staff-members profile that may not be immediately obvious.

With the trial version, you will be able to complete computerised behavioural tests and produce any of our available reports for this person. In the trial version you will NOT be able to test the aptitude system as our TQM Aptitude Testing System is paper based. In regards to the aptitude tests, the TeamBuilder software is only used for scoring assistance and benchmarking comparisons.
