performing JOB MATCHING.
Imagine
a position exists within your company that needs to be
filled. What job matching in TeamBuilder enables
you to do is to profile the job to create a job graph. This job graph is based on the same
industry standard DISC philosophy as our behavioural
profiles. Once you have the job graph you can then
profile candidates for the job and match the
graphs.
TeamBuilder
will assess the differences and similarities between the
job graph and each behavioural profile you wish to
consider for the position and will produce a report
listing the behavioural similarities and differences
between the candidate and the job role.
Obviously
a technical assessment of the candidate would be
required but think of this -
