TeamBuilder is a behavioural profiling tool that assists in selection of staff and building effective teams within the organization.
It uses the tried and tested DISC
profiling system to identify a candidates working
strengths, fears and motivators. Using the DISC system TeamBuilder can assess the candidates likely behaviour in the work environment and resulting value to the organisation.
To use the software, a candidate completes either a paper-based or computerised behaviour test. The scores are then saved in the software. These ‘scores’ are translated automatically into a profile describing the candidates work based behaviour.
9 reports are now available—including a general behaviour overview, a how-to-manage report, an interview questionnaire to get the most information from a candidate under interview and a strengths & limitations report among others.
Each report has its benefits to the company—each providing insight in a different way into the candidate and the team being built.
