The Personal Behaviour Inventory DISC Profiling system is a vital
tool for your organisation if you employ people. This user friendly
instrument allows you to quickly identify the working strengths of any
applicant or employee. Taking a mere 5- 10 minutes to complete, the
preferred behaviour is easily highlighted and when used with the accompanying
software you can have a choice of up to 8 reports on the individual on your
desk within 15 minutes of the individual starting to complete the PBI.
Many organisations choose a candidate on the strength of an interview
performance, or on how well the CV is composed, or indeed on the qualifications
the candidate has gained.
Unfortunately, the behaviour of the candidate once confirmed in the job can
cause headaches and unnecessary expense, in subsequents weeks or months.
The more the organisation knows about its short listed candidates the more
informed the choice will be, and greater will be the likelihood of a good
match. It goes without saying that the greater the staff retention rate
the more cost effective the organisation. Some of our client companies
who have been using the PBI and its sister tool the TQM are consistently
achieving staff retention rates of 97%, month after month, year after year.
