HCS reserves the right to send bulletins and other important information at our discretion. The information we hold is the same information you entered on the registration page plus additional information to track how many reports you have left available to generate, either in your trial or in the full version of the software. Information will be deleted periodically for accounts that are no longer being used and you may email us directly at privacy@hallmarksolutions.com if you would like us to delete your information before the next periodic clean-up.
